Spring 2015 Buying Trip

Next week Karen is headed off to New York City for our Spring 2015 buying trip! When it comes to running around the city for a week, living out of a suitcase is hard! She put together a few essentials that she's packing for New York, sticking with black as her neutral so every piece she brings can mix and match! 

1: Isabel Marant Etoile 'Ethan' Top in Ecru $458. The perfect blouse to dress up or down that she can throw on with denim for a showroom appointment or pair with leather leggings and a pump for a fun night out!

2: Rag & Bone The 'Dre' Boyfriend Skinny Jean in Bradford $198. A core classic from Rag & Bone, this jean is fitted through the leg but slightly relaxed to the ankle so they don't look painted on; a pant that's comfortable enough to wear on a 6 hour flight, yes please!

3: Celine Phantom Luggage in Black Embossed Leather. The quintessential carry all that's necessary for running around the city appointment to appointment throwing countless line sheets and lookbooks in throughout the day.

4: Isabel Marant Etoile 'Kady' Leather Jacket in Black. Get the un-quilted version, the 'Bacuri' at LIV La Vie, Isabel Marant always does a classic leather jacket and this one is no different. This jacket will be paired over anything and everything she brings, not to mention she'll be packing the army green version as well!

5: Celine Luggage Nano in Black Leather. After lugging around a heavy and full bag all day, this cross body is necessary for dinner outs!

6: Elyse Walker Los Angeles Fringe Bootie in Taupe $595. Nothing beats a good wedge bootie when you're on your feet all day long! Karen will be sure to live in these while she's in New York, comfortable and it's stylish, sign us up!

7: Ulla Johnson 'Anika' Dress in the Rope Print $462. New at LIV and almost gone, Karen didn't bat an eye lash when she decided to bring this gem with her. Nothing is easier then putting on a single piece with a little bootie and you're set from day to night! Not to mention a one piece outfit helps beating that pesky weight restriction on airplanes!

8: Raquel Allegra Sleeveless Cocktail Dress in Fiesta Tie-Dye $234 Another one piece wonder, this dress is perfect with her army green Isabel Marant 'Kady' jacket and not to mention comfortable! Doubled from the waist down she can hop in and out of taxis without having to worry about this jersey dress stretching out!

New York City Bound

Bright and early tomorrow we're headed off to New York for our Spring 2014 buying trip! 

It's a jam-packed 6 day trip to make sure that we'll have fantastic pieces for each and every 

one of you come February 2014. Take a peek at our essentials we'll be taking with us...

1. Cle De Peau Refining Fluid Foundation: This foundation gives me a flawless, radient finish and it lasts all day, no need to re-apply. 2. Isabel Marant 'Delphia' Boot: My new go-to boot and the bronze color goes with everything in my suitcase. They're unbelievably comfortable; great for rushing off from showroom to showroom. 3. Celine Phantom Handbag: The perfect bag for traveling, I can load it up to the brim! It's a fashion-girls' briefcase for look books and line sheets. 4. Hermes Collier de Chien CDC Cuff: I love Hermes bracelets, the black and silver combo is easy to wear from day to night. I can wear something basic and stack up some bracelets to dress up any outfit. 5. Vodka Soda: After a long day of work, this is the perfect nightcap! 

1. IRO 'Regan' Jacket & HELMUT Ponte Leather Jacket: I'm a quintessential jeans and t-shirt girl, so I like to use lightweight jackets to dress up my outfits without taking away my basics. 2. Rails 'Hunter'  Top: The single layer fabric is perfect for this transitional period when I want to dress for Fall but it's still feeling like Summer out. 3. Annabel Ingall 'Isabella' Tote: When we're running from appointment to appointment you collect stacks of look books and line sheets, this tote allows me to carry everything I need! 4. Cle De Peau Concealer Stick: Our schedule is non-stop! This concealer covers all of my dark circles from long days 5. Rag & Bone Legging Jean: They're practically like wearing sweats! Super comfortable for all of our running around and will hold their shape.
