New York City Bound

Bright and early tomorrow we're headed off to New York for our Spring 2014 buying trip! 

It's a jam-packed 6 day trip to make sure that we'll have fantastic pieces for each and every 

one of you come February 2014. Take a peek at our essentials we'll be taking with us...

1. Cle De Peau Refining Fluid Foundation: This foundation gives me a flawless, radient finish and it lasts all day, no need to re-apply. 2. Isabel Marant 'Delphia' Boot: My new go-to boot and the bronze color goes with everything in my suitcase. They're unbelievably comfortable; great for rushing off from showroom to showroom. 3. Celine Phantom Handbag: The perfect bag for traveling, I can load it up to the brim! It's a fashion-girls' briefcase for look books and line sheets. 4. Hermes Collier de Chien CDC Cuff: I love Hermes bracelets, the black and silver combo is easy to wear from day to night. I can wear something basic and stack up some bracelets to dress up any outfit. 5. Vodka Soda: After a long day of work, this is the perfect nightcap! 

1. IRO 'Regan' Jacket & HELMUT Ponte Leather Jacket: I'm a quintessential jeans and t-shirt girl, so I like to use lightweight jackets to dress up my outfits without taking away my basics. 2. Rails 'Hunter'  Top: The single layer fabric is perfect for this transitional period when I want to dress for Fall but it's still feeling like Summer out. 3. Annabel Ingall 'Isabella' Tote: When we're running from appointment to appointment you collect stacks of look books and line sheets, this tote allows me to carry everything I need! 4. Cle De Peau Concealer Stick: Our schedule is non-stop! This concealer covers all of my dark circles from long days 5. Rag & Bone Legging Jean: They're practically like wearing sweats! Super comfortable for all of our running around and will hold their shape.

Raquel Allegra Boatneck Dress: $255 With just enough tie-dye, this fitted dress with a 3/4 sleeve is perfect for transitioning from Summer to Fall. Doubled from the waist down this dress is sure to work for all shapes and leave you feeling comfortable and confident!

Jerome Dreyfuss 'Albert' in grey suede: $1,100 Talk about an investment piece. This Jerome Dreyfuss in the quintessential 'Albert' shape and can be worn three ways; as a cross-body, long shoulder bag or take the strap up for a true shoulder bag. We love that it is in grey suede and not your average black or brown leather.

Rails 'Hunter' Top: $128 Continuing our love affair with Rails , the 'Hunter' is a new shape for us at LIV La Vie and is a single layer of their super soft, "want to live in" fabric! Slightly longer in the back- this top is great paired back to your leather leggings come this Fall.

Isabel Marant 'Crisi' Boot: $790 On it's way to LIV La Vie, this boot will not last! It's the 'Cluster' Boot that we had in a few weeks ago but in distressed camel suede. Believe us when we say, this boot is about to become your go-to!

HELMUT Helmut Lang Drape Neck Top: $195  With a high drape neck that will flatter anyone and everyone, the rich color of this blouse will make it perfect to wear as an item or  under your favorite jacket.

Monika Chiang Leather Leggings: $895  Coming soon to LIV La Vie, we'll have these pull-on leather leggings in both black and grey. Dress them up with a fun top and jacket or throw on a cozy knit sweater, every woman should own a pair of basic leather bottoms.

HELMUT by Helmut Lang

We are beyond excited to begin carrying HELMUT by Helmut Lang. The new core line that started in April of last year has fantastic basics from t-shirts to blazers and dresses, it's the epitome of Helmut Lang styling. Founded by Austrian designer Helmut Lang, the brand captures the minimalist mood of the ‘90s. Relaunched in 2007 under the creative direction of denim label Habitual’s co-founders Michael and Nicole Colovos. The duo has upheld the brand's edgy elegance with leather, silk and jersey with the signature draping and asymmetric hems.
